Ease of Use
The navigation of a website (how the information is organised) can be a major factor in the success of a website. Most website users have become accustomed to certain types of navigation structures and can become easily frustrated if they can't find what they are looking for very quickly. The navigation of the site would be such that each piece of information is preferably no more than two clicks away.
